- Director of Catering Apply Online
The Holiday Inn Burnsville Hotel is seeking a Director of Catering to lead our banquet team. We are seeking a hospitality professional who has previous hotel catering experience, the ability to manage employees, understands budgets and scheduling, detail oriented and a passion for the hotel industry.
You will be responsible for managing the banquet set-up, serving and bartending staff, scheduling, operational duties and managing/executing the banquet functions. The Holiday Inn Burnsville has 4500 square feet of meeting space and 144 guest rooms.
